1.  Build A Sound Organization Structure-The organization exists so that tasks can be managed, people supported, and results achieved. Systems and processes should not be designed to accommodate the strengths and weaknesses of individuals. Instead, the requirements of the system determine where people are placed in the structure. Structure follows strategy, always. First determine the strategy to achieve your vision, and then develop the organization structure. And when you do put your organization together....Put the best people first. You cannot by any means permit your emotions to make this decision for you. 
2. Apply Extraordinary Force-Use the normal to engage, the extraordinary to win. The powerful idea of moving from the normal to the extraordinary achieves results at every level and in every situation. Whenever you give extraordinary attention to a small group of members within your cipher, production increases. It doesn't matter whether their working conditions enhance or are made worst.( For instance, whether or not they're working from home or at the office, on a 4G phone, a laptop, or a desk top). The key is the extraordinary attention. Make " audacity " and not " caution " your watch word and watch what happens. People need to be recognized for whatever it is that they bring to the table.
3. Create Momentum and Timing-Momentum provides force; timing applies strength at the right moment. Momentum and timing are most often combined. The simultaneous use of multiple principles or techniques can apply a lot of pressure. It is not that victory is achieved with the application of a single principle, but rather the use of multiple principles achieves a reinforcing momentum. If you're already a fan and follower of my music then you're already familiar with the story of this song. If you're encountering this song for the first time , well, here's the story behind the song.
As I stated in the opening lines of the song, " Damn, I don't know whether to write a rap, or write a mutha fucking letter." So here I was, the time was approx. between 3a.m and 4a.m. The guards had already did there last count in the dorms so that meant that my Korean homie ( David Wee ) and I's official smoke session in the restrooms were over for this 24-hour period. He was across the hall in his dorm and I likewise, in mine. I'd pulled out my notebook to " originally " write my wife a letter. But something very strange happened as I began to jot down the first line, the letter took on the structure of a song ( in my mind ). The more and more I wrote, the more the contents of the song began to take on issues that I wanted to touch on in the letter anyway. So..instead of abandoning the thought of writing a letter for the idea of writing a song and vice-versa, I just allowed the words to flow and be whatever they choose to define themselves as in the end. Well...what manifested was a song-letter or a letter-song. ( For the lack of terminology to accurately describe such a manifestation.

Just think what we could've made happen if you guyz, Mark Z., and I had all crozzed one anotherz path back when Napster first broke. So yeah...got released from the half-way house in April of 2010. Get thiz, allowed some powder-headed waitrezz whom I waz workin' with at I-Hop to put me up a Facebook profile...yeah, IMAGINE HOW THAT WENT....." DELEDTED !". Didn't jump back online until Jan. of 2011. Correct me if I'm wrong but that'z umm' ....how many monthz?
  One thing must be clarified in the beginning. I am an independent artist. All the riff-raff about the consistent use of the F-Bomb, come on now, iz that all yall can come at me with???? Seriously, peep the genre...HARDCORE! Do you guyz have any idea how long I've been waiting for the opportunity to straight say.....FUCK THE WORLD?? Apparently not.

" All Apologies " is the name of a song written by one of my fellow Gen-X'ers, pioneer of a new genre in the music industry (grunge), Kurt Cobain - MAY HE REST IN PEACE. I personally identify with Kurt on a lot of levelz :

1. We're both a part of Generation X
2. We're both Bipolar
3. I have a lot of apologiez to make (Well, actually I don't but, I will)

 Peta'Loc az an artist, iz quite similar to Peta'Loc az a man outside of hiz lyricz. Can we first agree on that axiom at least? Now, if you befriend someone inside/outside of an online social network, it'z apparent that you've done so for a particular reason, right? ( Whatever that reason may be ). Now, whatever that reason may've been, truth of the matter iz that you accepted that person into your social setting. Correct?
So let'z start with something that we're all familiar with today in our era: FACEBOOK. Someone sends you a friend request or vice-versa and the beat rollz on, right? WRONG!!
We must be perfectly honest with ourselvez when it comez to befriending  ANYONE inside/outside of our social networkz. I, can only speak for myself when I say thiz but thiz is a lesson I learned way back in grade school. Some friendz turn out to be sour grapez, some enemiez turn out to be friendz, blah, blah...you get my drift?
Now. If someone acceptz my friend request on Facebook, to me, it'z perfectly clear- on my end at least - that thiz person knowz me and iz following instructionz in the pop-up box: " DO NOT SEND/ACCEPT UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY KNOW THIZ PERSON!
Soo..with that being said, " everyone who knowz Peta'Loc agree on one point if nothing else " When it comez to hiz relationz with a person...Peta'Loc iz gonna do what he doez best " KEEP IT REAL!
Okay Peta'Loc, where are we going with thiz? Well, I'll tell ya, " we're going head first into some more " real shit "!
If you know Peta'Loc az an artist, then you already know, when he rapz, he rapz about things that he'z experienced. Period. HE RAPZ ABOUT HIZ LIFE! You also know deep down in your heart that if you've EVER MADE ANY TYPE OF SINCERE CONNECTION WITH THE DUDE then..the probabilitez of you, and whatever that connection waz, being mentioned in one of hiz songz iz real high up on the ladder. How do you draw that conclusion? Well, because that's probably why you even became a FAN of the guyz music in the first place. ( Actually, that all goez back to the piece i'd written ealier entitled: " WHO'Z YOUR FAVORITE RAPPER?: " I fuckz wit' Jigga, Pac, Face, Eminem, and Nas because I know what they'
re going to deliver to me as a fan....everytime I fuck with them. Period. )
My question iz: " If you call yourself a fan, then suddenly you take yourself off of the fan list because something I said in one of my songz OFFENDED YOU...what part of what I said....IZN'T TRUE? Because God Almighty Himself will be the first to say : THE TRUTH DOEZN'T OFFEND. THOU SHALL NOT LIE/ Hence..back to the point of the matter -Peta'loc keepz it real ! I'm perfectly okay with airing out my dirtie laundery, shit.. I have Chinese laundry. Maybe if you've been offended by something I've said in one of my songz then maybe,..just maybe you should reel that laundry back in and see just how that blemish or stain got put there in the first place.

A Star Iz Born

Today, Feb. 5th, makes 16yrs. that my mom has been dead. 16yrs to this very day, I was 18yrs. old, serving time on and 11 year prison stint that I'd been handed for three counts of delivering a controlled substance. Namely, CRACK. Since that time I've done 2 more different prison stints..
Even though Feb. 5th marks the day that my mother passed away, that day also holds a deeper significance to the kid. Ya see, before Feb. 5th...there was no Peta-Loc. I was just a young kid playing the messed up cardz that he'd been dealt. Before Feb. 5th, I was sitting in a prison cell thugging and known only to the world as Da' Peta'Man.
This day markz the death of 2 people then: my mother and myself! But it also represents my birthday...the birth of the Peta'Loc. The man, The mystery,The Mission.
